Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most new, unworn, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as all original tags and packaging are included. Final sale items, and gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us at districsapparel@gmail.com or on instagram @districtt.us with your order number and reason for return. 

Exchanges
Exchanges are available. To exchange an item, it must first be returned to us in brand-new condition with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send your replacement.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
