Clear Policies
We want to be fully transparent with you about how everything works at DISTRICT.
Most of our drops begin as pre-orders. This allows us to produce intentionally, avoid overproduction, and focus on quality rather than mass quantity. When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving your piece before production is fully completed. It guarantees your item from that specific drop.
Payment is taken at checkout. Once production begins, we move forward with manufacturing in bulk.
Pre-orders typically take 3–4 weeks for production. As soon as bulk inventory arrives to us, all pre-orders are packed carefully and shipped out the same day or within our 5–7 business day processing window. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
If you change your mind, pre-orders may be canceled within 7 days of placing your order. After that period, cancellations are no longer available as production will already be underway.
For non-preorder items, standard shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. We also ship internationally, with delivery times varying depending on location.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return most new and unworn items within 7 days of delivery. If the item is incorrect or defective, we will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping costs.
