How Pre-Orders Work

Thanks for tapping in with DISTRICT. Here’s the rundown:

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you lock in your piece before it officially drops or restocks. Once production is finished, you're first in line.

When will I be charged?

Payment is taken at checkout when you place your pre-order.

When will my order ship?

Pre-orders take 3-4 weeks. Upon bulk shipment arrival, all pre-orders are shipped the same day for 5–7-day delivery.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel your pre-order within 7 days of placing the order.
After the 7-day period, cancellations are no longer eligible. Just reach out to us if you need help.
